Job Description
As a Customer Admin Associate you will provide administrative support to Customer Enablement Managers ensuring smooth daytoday operations. You will track key reports assist in onboarding and payment confirmations coordinate with different teams and help facilitate seamless client integration into the organization.

Your Daily Tasks
DaytoDay Operations
- Draft minutes of meetings for identified weekly cadences and other discussions initiated by the Manager.
- Track and send handover reminders to relevant team members.
- Track and send onboarding and payment confirmation reports promptly.
- Follow up with Project Managers for initial invoice payments.
- Monitor and report machine delivery status.
- Track receipt of IT checklists KPI reports and training plans.
- Manage and assign emails from the CNA inbox.
- Create project trackers in Zoho Projects upon receiving endorsements.
- Establish communication channels for designated project teams.
- Create and update ETAP requisitions.
- Organize and collate handover tollgate documents.
- Coordinate with Finance Assistants for team milestone tokens/gifts.
- Conduct customer onboarding sessions on a casebycase basis (subject to CNA Lead/Head approval).
- Initiate procurement requests.
- Track and follow up on CXM and People BP assignments.
- Assist in processing seat reservation requests.
Account Management
- Provide assistance to incoming clients regarding issues and requests.
- Conduct onboarding calls to clients and provide essential integration information.
- Safeguard client privacy and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with different divisions within Emapta to ensure seamless client integration.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional administrative or nonadministrative duties as assigned by the company s representatives.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 12 years of experience in the BPO industry preferably in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized and detailoriented.
- Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
- Energetic and passionate about learning new skills.
- Committed and possesses strong integrity.
