Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to clients and customers in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a customer centric mindset and a passion for resolving customer concerns. Experience in the health and beauty industry is an advantage.

- Entering and processing orders.
- Assisting customers with enquiries and issues for both B2B and B2C.
- Organise and book couriers.
- Monitor tracking and shipping updates for smooth and seamless delivery.
- Knowledge of the Rogue Beauty portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Sales Retail Supply Accounts and Marketing teams to ensure processes run smoothly.
- Actively participate in meetings sharing ideas or presenting information that will contribute to the overall development of the team.
- Support and follow Rogue Beauty s policies and procedures.
- Attend all company provided meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
Requirements/ Skills Needed:
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
- Passion for the Hair and Beauty industry
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational acumen
- Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Works well when managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Netsuite and Apple Mac highly desirable

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM6:00 PM (AU Time) 6:00 AM3:00 PM (PH Time)

Proven work experience in a similar customer service/support role. Technical experience in supporting software is an advantage. Effective communication skills.
