Our client is a luxury health and wellness hospitality group specializing in curating Wellness and Lifestyle Escapes at desirable destinations in the heart of Lagos for our Clients. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets for hospitalityrelated projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams contractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress track milestones and address any issues or roadblocks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations company standards and health & safety protocols.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates to key decisionmakers.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
- Oversee procurement and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure highquality delivery of projects in line with customer satisfaction and brand standards.
- Document project progress lessons learned and recommendations for future improvements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
10 years of experience in project management within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hospitality operations construction renovations or service improvement projects.
Proficiency in project management tools
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
