Job Description:
We are seeking remote workers to replace our current answering service and oncall rotation. These individuals will be responsible for answering phone calls and resolving issues during offbusiness hours covering tasks such as caregiver scheduling new client intakes and emergencies. The call volume varies some nights may have no calls while others may have a few. This role is essential to maintaining service continuity during offhours.
Training and Onboarding:
Candidates must be available to work during regular office hours (8:30 AM 4:00 PM PST) for the first few weeks of training and onboarding. Once they are fully trained they will transition to the oncall schedule.
Requirements:
Availability during offbusiness hours: Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:30 AM as well as weekends and federal holidays
Experience with CRM and scheduling systems
Familiarity with call/text systems like DialPad
Attention to detail: Ability to track important information and communicate it back to the team
Trustworthy: Confidentiality is crucial as candidates will have access to sensitive client and payment information
Ability to manage emergencies caregiver calloffs and new client intakes
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Capability to work independently and handle critical tasks with minimal supervision
Reliable access to communication tools (phone text etc.)
Scope:
Coverage during offhours including evenings/nights on weekdays weekends and federal holidays
Flexibility to handle varying call volumes with some shifts seeing no calls and others requiring more attention
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and resolve issues during offhours
Handle caregiver scheduling when there are calloffs ensuring shifts are covered
Conduct new client intakes for urgent care needs
Respond to emergencies and ensure proper followup
Assist in preparing caregivers to work including submitting insurance and bond applications when caregivers accept work for the first time
Collaborate with team members when necessary to ensure smooth operations
