Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
his position is responsible for the creation of a wide variety of visual assets primarily in print media. Projects include brochures and collateral graphics including signage digital renderings and sales presentations. Coordinate and communicate effectively to ensure that visual design successfully delivers on desired message and business objective.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop highquality and sophisticated creative concepts that reflect strategy and are compliant with Streams brand standards.
- Responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of projects on time and within given budgets.
- Supervise train and coach junior designers to ensure work meets the highest creative standards.
- Create highquality collateral pieces that can range from single pages up to 140 pages.
- Collaborate with other creative team members to ensure all work is consistently meeting brand standards.
- Work autonomously on strategic issues and be capable of managing a variety of projects ranging from small pieces to complex campaigns.
- Successfully manage a large workload while bringing fresh direction and insight to a large variety of projects.
- Supervise train and coach junior designers to ensure work meets the highest creative standards.
- Ensure and oversee creative execution of the highest quality ensuring that all projects are released errorfree and meet the highest possible standards.
- Be a Brand Steward helping the creative department adhere to and continually help develop Streams brand positioning as needed.
- Have a solid knowledge of principles of design including layout typography color balance composition and current design trends.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collect feedback and bestcase examples from the team and collaborate with the Design Director to drive the potential creative futures of the creative team and Stream
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field.
- 35 years of experience in graphic design in a creative or agency environment.
- Fluent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create superior original designs and highquality printerready files.
- Excellent organization project management and communication skills.
- Exceptional client interaction skills exhibited in past job experience.
- Experienced in project management.
- Experience translating creative strategy into creative direction design presentation and seeing projects to completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
