Job Title: Senior Java Developer with Strong Angular Experience
Location: Madison WI (Mostly Remote OnSite as Required)
Contract Duration: 612 Months (with possibility of extension)
Mode of Interview: Video or F2F
Work Authorization: Candidates must be located in Wisconsin or willing to relocate before the contract start date. All work including remote work must be completed in Wisconsin during CST business hours. No H1B Visa.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong Angular expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design develop and maintain highperformance applications seamlessly integrating Javabased backend systems with Angularbased frontends. This role requires a proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain Javabased backend applications ensuring scalability and performance.
- Develop and maintain Angularbased frontend user interfaces with a focus on responsiveness usability and ADA/WCAG compliance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts APMs and QA engineers to gather and implement requirements.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring system reliability and robustness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in Java and Angular development.
- Mentor junior developers conduct code reviews and contribute to maintaining code quality and standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing and deployment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 years of experience working with Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot).
- 6 years of experience in web application development.
- 6 years of experience working in Angular (Angular 6 required) TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
- 6 years of experience working with Relational Databases (Oracle preferred).
- Strong proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and OpenAPI.
- Experience with middleware platforms like Apache Kafka Redis and BOOMI.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines deployment automation and dynamic environment configuration.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Iterative and Waterfall development methodologies.
NicetoHave Skills:
- Experience with Confluent Kafka Dell Boomi Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Experience developing wireframes and mockups as a tool to communicate design concepts with stakeholders.
Work Location Requirements:
- Candidates must be located in Wisconsin or willing to relocate before the start of the contract.
- All work (including remote work) must be performed within Wisconsin.
- Candidates must be available to work CST business hours.
- Occasional onsite work in Madison WI is required per managements request.
