Job Description
The Rare Sales Associate plays an integral role in supporting and building collaborative relationships with physicians and clinics while embracing and executing marketing and sales strategies as a junior representative. The purpose of this associate position is to build trust and establish effective business relationships with health care professionals. They will enhance territory coverage where there is an existing need for additional resources and support. All while demonstrating integrity and honesty.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Assist in developing and executing strategic business plans based on local market conditions supporting the Sr. Account Executive in the territory.
- Promote our clients products to healthcare providers and conduct sales calls to offer compliant solutions for patient needs.
- Provide double coverage for highpriority healthcare providers and reach out to previously uncontacted mediumtolowtier providers within the mirrored territory or region.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals payer landscape and patient advocacy groups to support patient education and ensure access to our clients products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and continuously improve through feedback courses and onthejob experiences.

- Ensure operational compliance to the highest professional standards. The expectation is that compliance is a part of how we operate. Adherence to compliant behavior is an expectation
- All other duties as assigned.
- Travel: Up to 80% of the time to cover territory assigned
Qualifications :
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience education knowledge skill and/or abilities required.
- Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited university required
- Experience and/or Training: Up to 2 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Strong interest in pharmaceutical sales. Demonstrate the ability to meet financial obligations with understanding of clinical knowledge business acumen and account management.
- Licenses/Certificates: Valid drivers license clear of violations meeting our MVR criteria.
- Technology/Equipment: Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Suite strong analytical and communication skills
