Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our business and take responsibility for several important functions in this interesting and varied role.  

The business is at a very exciting stage as we develop and commercialise the technology internationally. Were seeking a talented and flexible administrator to deliver comprehensive support to the business with a broad range of contributions including:  

  • Diary and administrative support for the exec management team  
  • Collating and distributing information for internal and external stakeholders  
  • Supporting expenses purchase order and other financial processing alongside the TTP Group Finance Team
  • Organising and attending board meetings including minute taking 
  • Coordinating office space and resources as the company expands  
  • Provide administrative support to our Quality Manager in maintaining our Quality Management System 
  • General administrative support and travel arrangements across the team
  • Organising offsite events 

Qualifications :

Requirements  

An ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:  

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of thriving in a fastpaced professional environment  
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities efficiently and reliably 
  • Highly skilled in cultivating productive working relationships with a diverse team including colleagues customers and external suppliers 
  • Excellent attention to detail with high standards of written communication  
  • Fully conversant with systems such as MS Office / Outlook / SharePoint / Teams 
  • A positivity and energy appropriate to a fastmoving and ambitious organisation
