Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the annual budget forecasts and longrange financial plans.
- Perform indepth financial analysis including variance analysis trend analysis and performance reporting.
- Provide insightful commentary and recommendations to senior management on financial performance and key business drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Oversee the monthend closing process ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial support and guidance on various projects and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function.
- Be handson with FP&A and controlling responsibilities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Professional accounting designation (e.g. CA ACCA CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 57 years of progressive experience in finance with a focus on FP&A and controlling.
- Proven experience in the retail FMCG or tech industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both finance and nonfinance audiences.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL ERP systems).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- A passion for the food and grocery delivery industry and a strong work ethic.
