We are seeking a resultsdriven and strategic Head of Sales for the scaffolders costumer group to lead our sales functions across Europe. In close collaboration with the Regional Director you will develop and execute sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities drive revenue growth and ensure the longterm success of our business in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Codevelop and monitor countryspecific sales strategies supporting local teams in achieving their sales targets improving margins and optimizing sales processes tailored to each markets needs.
- Offer & Order Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance offer (scope of supply project calculation contract management) and order processes (change orders claims service charges) within Doka country organizations.
- Management Tools & Performance Tracking: Promote and ensure the effective use of key management tools to track performance and drive results across the region.
- Training & Development: Organize training programs for Country Sales teams ensuring effective onboarding for new hires and continuous professional development in line with group standards.
- Pricing Management: Oversee the continuous management of list prices ensuring alignment with regional and companywide pricing strategies.
- Product Management & Innovation: Drive product innovation and improvements including pricing strategies and product specifications together with the Corporate Product Development team while identifying new business opportunities to enhance market penetration.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Regional Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand awareness and sales growth in the region.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Engineering Construction and/or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in Sales Management with a strong track record in international markets.
- Strong financial acumen including expertise in margin drivers discount policies and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Demonstrated leadership skills including KPIdriven performance management empowering teams and longterm strategic thinking.
- Experience in talent management and team development.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
