Our client a forwardthinking company reshaping the laundry service sector in Saudi Arabia with a focus on innovation and growth is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and manage sales operations across all regions in Saudi Arabia. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing a highperforming sales team. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer this role involves building and managing a highperforming sales team developing processes implementing systems and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead a highperforming sales team across multiple regions in Saudi Arabia.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Set sales targets and design incentive programs to drive team performance.
Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales operations.
Implement and manage a CRM system to streamline sales processes and monitor performance.
Oversee pipeline management ensuring accurate forecasting and improved conversion rates.
Conduct training mentorship and performance reviews for the sales team.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to align sales initiatives with business goals.
Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance market conditions and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 810 years of progressive sales leadership experience including managing multiregional teams.
Proven experience in setting up and scaling sales units implementing CRM systems and achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the Saudi market; knowledge of the laundry industry is an advantage.
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate large teams.
Expertise in sales process development pipeline management and CRM implementation.
Strategic thinking problemsolving abilities and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Resultsoriented organized and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
