This role is ideal for a goaloriented proactive professional who enjoys virtual selling and is comfortable working closely with veterinary practices and corporate accounts via phone and online meetings. You will be responsible for:

🌟 Your Key Responsibilities

βœ” Sales & Account Management

  • Sell designated companion animal product lines to independent veterinary practices and corporate accounts.
  • Develop tailored account plans in collaboration with Area Business Managers and Sales Teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Use the Solution Selling model to connect customer needs with Zoetis products and services.
  • Deliver on sales targets revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Ensure all call activity and customer interactions are recorded in CRM systems.

βœ” Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Conduct virtual meetings and calls with customers rather than inperson visits.
  • Maintain highquality interactions and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collect customer consents to allow for more digital marketing engagement.
  • Identify when to introduce additional Zoetis experts (such as technical or key account managers) to enhance customer support.
  • Leverage Zoetis marketing programs and seasonal campaigns to maximize opportunities.

βœ” Market & Product Expertise

  • Maintain deep knowledge of Zoetis' evolving portfolio of products services pricing and industry trends.
  • Keep up with competitor insights and industry shifts.
  • Continuously develop and refine sales techniques to stay ahead.

βœ” Compliance & Professionalism

  • Ensure high ethical standards and compliance with Zoetis policies including Pharmacovigilance and AMTRA certification within three years.
  • Accurately manage budgets and resources to ensure responsible spending.

βœ… Experience in sales account management or customerfacing roles experience in animal health or veterinary industries is beneficial but not required.
