We are seeking a proactive organized and clientfocused individual who is eager to grow in the field of account management. The ideal candidate is a fast learner detailoriented and capable of building strong relationships with clients while effectively handling multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- 1 years of experience in the iGaming industry preferably in an Account Management role
- Communicating with clients via email Skype and Telegram to understand their needs address inquiries and provide updates on services
- Client support: assisting in account management resolving issues and providing consultations on the companys products
- Maintaining client documentation: recording all interactions agreements and feedback in a CRM system (Jira)
- Tracking and analyzing key metrics: monitoring progress toward financial goals
- Conducting basic market research to identify new trends and competitor activities

- Confidence in working with clients and a focus on meeting their needs
- Ability to effectively organize your work maintain accuracy in documentation and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Quick learning skills ability to analyze information and work with data
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (Jira or equivalents)
- English proficiency sufficient for business correspondence and communication with clients (B2)
