We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in frontend development and product ownership to join an innovative and fastpaced team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating seamless user experiences and driving the development of highperforming digital products.
Location: Hybrid / Remote Malta
Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager within thew Front End Teamyour broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the vision development and continuous improvement of frontend products ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements plan features and manage product backlogs to align with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with designers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces optimizing usability and performance.
- Work with backend teams UX/UI designers and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Analyze user behavior feedback and performance metrics to make informed improvements and ensure a highquality frontend experience.
- Research and implement the latest frontend technologies and best practices to keep the product innovative and competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in frontend development with deep knowledge of frameworks such as React Vue.js or Angular.
- A solid understanding of product development lifecycles from ideation to deployment with experience in managing roadmaps and feature releases.
- Familiarity with HTML CSS JavaScript TypeScript and UI component libraries ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Ability to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences ensuring accessibility and intuitive design.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments collaborating with teams to deliver highquality solutions efficiently.
- Excellent ability to coordinate between teams explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and drive projects to completion.
