Tasks
As a Junior Software Developer you will work closely with Senior Developers in the team to build and maintain our MSSP platform. While cyber security knowledge is a plus the main focus is on your ability to contribute to the fullstack development process and work with SQL APIs and modern web technologies. This is a learningintensive role with mentorship from experienced engineers.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in designing developing and maintaining the MSSP platforms backend and frontend.
- Implement features in NextJS (TypeScript) Python (API development) and SQL (Supabase database).
- Support the integration of security tools into the platform for unified insights.
- Debug test and improve existing code based on best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development methodologies.
- Work with security experts to translate threat intelligence into software features.
Requirements
Required skills & experience:
13 years of experience in software development.
Solid programming skills in TypeScript Python and SQL.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks like NextJS.
Basic knowledge of API development and database management.
Strong problemsolving mindset and eagerness to learn from senior developers.
Nice to have:
Interest in cybersecurity and experience with security tools.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS GCP Azure).
Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL.
