Location : Bangalore / Cheennai
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes gather requirements and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement system enhancements. This role requires strong analytical skills technical expertise and the ability to translate business objectives into functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs challenges and objectives.
- Document functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
- Translate business needs into user stories process flows and data models.
- System Implementation & Support:
- Collaborate with engineering product management and IT teams to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for new features and system modifications.
- Support testing efforts by defining test cases and assisting with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Data & Process Optimization:
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Work with data teams to ensure system data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Stakeholder Communication & Documentation:
- Act as a liaison between business users development teams and external vendors.
- Create clear and concise documentation including business process diagrams system workflows and training materials.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker.
- Knowledge of APIs system integrations and enterprise applications (ERP CRM etc.).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

- GCP Big Query / SQL proficiency ( 6 years)
- Data Analysis / Critical thinking ( 6 years)
- Program management skills (PPT & project management) is good to have
