- Warmly welcome guests providing smooth checkin and checkout experiences
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries requests and concerns
- Maintain clear communication with all staff and departments
- Stay informed about VIP arrivals return guests and special requests
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of hotel services facilities and local attractions
- Handle guest correspondence and upsell room categories to maximise revenue
- Ensure the Guest Relations desk is attended at all times during your shift
- Maintain accurate guest records and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety security and emergency procedures
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality; Bachelors degree in related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanour
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fastpaced environment
