Job Description

Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist Paid Campaigns & PPC Expert is responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive highquality leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). This role requires strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data refine targeting strategies and implement A/B testing. Additionally the specialist will optimize landing pages on WordPress to enhance user experience and increase conversions. This position is ideal for a datadriven marketer who thrives on performance marketing paid media strategy and campaign automation.

Position duties and responsibilities:

1. Paid Campaigns & PPC Optimization

  • Develop manage and optimize Google Ads (Search Display Performance Max) LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Continuously improve bidding strategies audience targeting and ad creatives to maximize ROI.

  • Set up and optimize remarketing campaigns and conversion tracking to capture highintent leads.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy audience segments and landing pages to enhance performance.

2. Performance Analytics & DataDriven Optimization

  • Analyze Google Ads and PPC campaign data to identify trends optimize spend and improve efficiency.

  • Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager and CRM dashboards to track campaign performance.

  • Develop reports with actionable insights on CPL (Cost Per Lead) ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and conversion rates.

  • Continuously refine attribution models and budget allocation for maximum impact.

3. Website & Landing Page Optimization

  • Work on WordPress landing pages to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.

  • Optimize page speed user experience (UX) and calltoaction (CTA) placements to increase conversions.

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create highconverting landing pages.

4. Technical Setup & Campaign Automation

  • Set up event tracking and conversion goals using Google Tag Manager.

  • Leverage AIdriven PPC tools and automation to scale and optimize campaigns.

  • Stay updated on Google Ads innovations and PPC best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

5. Collaboration & Strategy Execution

  • Align paid media strategy with broader marketing and sales goals.

  • Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.

  • Stay ahead of PPC trends Google Ads algorithm updates and industry best practices.


Requirements

Qualification and requirements:

Proven experience managing Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data track trends and optimize campaign performance.
Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
Experience with WordPress for landing page optimization and user experience improvements.
Proficiency in A/B testing attribution modeling and ROI tracking.
Datadriven mindset with a passion for continuous optimization and performance marketing.


Additional Qualifications

2 years of experience in PPC/digital advertising preferably in a B2B setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fastpaced environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work onsite in Zoetermeer Netherlands (within 45 minutes).
40hour workweek commitment.
