Data Entry Clerk Compliance & Data Protection

Are you passionate about data accuracy compliance and information security Do you thrive in a fastpaced environment where attention to detail is key We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk (Processor Questionnaire Response) to join a renowned multinational company specializing in cuttingedge communication and security solutions. This company plays a critical role in providing secure and innovative technology solutions used by organizations worldwide.
As part of the Data Protection Products team you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industryleading standards such as ISO 27001 SOC2 Type II GDPR NIST and more. You will work in collaboration with multiple departments handling sensitive data and ensuring that the organization meets global privacy and security requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Management Gather format and organize compliancerelated data to support security and privacy requirements.
Compliance Documentation Assist in completing and submitting security and privacy questionnaires for clients.
Process Optimization Maintain and improve processes related to compliance operations.
Collaboration Work closely with IT security and product teams to ensure proper documentation of compliance measures.
Regulatory Adherence Stay up to date with evolving data protection regulations and industry standards.
What You Bring to the Team:
Degree or Experience: Associate/Bachelors degree in Data Processing Information Security Data Analysis Project Management or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Industry Knowledge: experience in data entry compliance or related roles in information security privacy or audit compliance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive) and compliance tools such as Asana OneTrust Coalfire or ServiceNow.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders across the organization.
Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with ISO 27000 SOC2 PCI GDPR NIST frameworks is a plus!
