Job Description
In your role as process development engineer you are responsible to enhance develop and industrialize manufacturing processes.
Your role as R&D function has a strong interaction to technology and material development. At the same time you handle the interfaces to central machine technology engineering central quality and the plants to industrialize processes of Bosch products.
You will become the responsible interface in pilot production and industrialization as Problem solver project leader or project member.
You will be shaping and implementing machine requirements process specifications and global process rules to achieve improved tire performances and production quality.
For the evaluation of these characteristics you will perform statistical analysis of production parameters and lead/execute processing trials.
Center of work: expected to be on site at least 80% at HtvP on site.
We also count on your willingness to travel in specific cases to suppliers or to other plants.
Qualifications :
MSc / BSc / PhD in an Engineering area
More than 5 Years Professional experience in Electronic manufacturing (processing manufacturing or engineering) or R&D field
Proven Problem solving skills PS certificate is an advantage
Project management skills;
Selforganization and ability to work with autonomy;
Good communication and interaction skill
Capability to lead cross functional teams
Capability to work in international teams
Advanced Data processing and statistical skills and Office tools;
English and or German language skills (written and spoken) Hungarian is a must
