Job Description

Your tasks:
Play a pivotal role in the seamless transition of HR functions from Austria ensuring a smooth and efficient transition of tasks to our team
Provide comprehensive support throughout the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring a positive experience at every stage
Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and requests from employees HR Business Partners or managers located in Austria delivering timely and effective solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction
Take part in the creation refinement and enhancement of HR process documentation and the continuous identification of opportunities for improvement
Qualifications :
Background: University degree in Business Administration Psychology Humanities Studies or related areas
Experience: 13 years of experience in HR Services Administration or comparable support areas
Personality: You are detail and solution oriented service minded and accurate. You work well in structures and systems and have excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Languages:
- Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken
- Midlevel English (B1) skills
- Hungarian language knowledge is not a requirement
What gives you further advantages:
Previous experience in working with Austrian stakeholders is an advantage
SAP Workday or other corporate governance system knowledge is an advantage
