Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager Corporate FP&A Systems to contribute meaningfully to planning analysis reporting and strategy in support of our rapidly growing organization. This is a unique role where you will partner with key stakeholders across the organization through the lens of a financial and data system administrator and be responsible for maintaining implementing and driving system and process improvements delivering valueadded business analysis as well as defining and reporting meaningful financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful business decisionmaking. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Freshworks financial planning systems with emphasis on Workday Adaptive Planning
- Oversee system configurations integrations and updates to ensure they align with the companys financial operations and business needs
- Provide business support to endusers troubleshoot system issues through partnerships with IT and work closely with internal teams to resolve operational concerns
- Collaborate with Corporate FP&A Business Finance and Corporate Strategy Teams to develop longrange planning scenarios using Adaptive Planning
- Monitor system performance manage database backups and ensure the availability and security of financial data
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and ensure compatibility with other enterprise systems such as NetSuite Power BI SFDC and Workday HCM
- Ensure that financial systems comply with internal controls accounting standards and industry regulations
- Develop and maintain system documentation user manuals and training materials for endusers
- Assist in the development and generation of financial reports dashboards and data analytics to support decisionmaking
- Stay current on industry best practices technological advancements and trends related to financial systems and software
Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (TueThur) from our San Mateo CA headquarters
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of experience in financial systems administration or a similar role with handson experience managing financial software applications (e.g. Adaptive Planning/insight Hyperion Suites SAP and Anaplan)
- Strong understanding of financial processes accounting principles and internal controls
- Proficient in database management system integration and data migration techniques
- Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting software
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of data security protocols user access controls and regulatory requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Technology or a related field
Additional Information :
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of jobrelated factors such as professional background training work experience business needs and market demand. Therefore in some circumstances the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation Package
$195000 $250000 Base Salary Bonus Compensation
