We are seeking an experienced consultants with deep expertise within the Carbon Value Chain with the passion navigating and driving a sustainable green energy transition. You will join our Global Energy Industry team working with Rambolls key clients in the CCUS space while also contributing to our global portfolio of projects in the energy industry.
As a Manager / Senior Manager in the Global Energy Industry team you will work in the front line of helping organisations develop strategies and solutions to pursue opportunities and tackle the complexity of the energy transition.
Your new role
The role involves working with local and global clients executing and overseeing of energy project ensuring further development and success in the developing CCUS value chains / carbon management and energy strategies across the private and public sector. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams within our Ramboll ecosystem integrating technical engineering expertise across the Energy space as well as environmental insights. In doing so you will drive successful transformation to create value for clients.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Focus on energy clients (e.g. large energy companies legacy O&G etc.) developing longterm client relationships building sales pipeline ensuring highquality project delivery and growing and building the capacity of the required team to deliver against agreedupon practice targets.
- Driving opportunities growth and development in the Energy Industry Team leading activities in CCUS and decarbonization in the Northern European Market.
- Building long term accounts utilizing Rambolls existing Key Account setup and own network to expand client relationships and build out new client relationships.
- Ensuring project delivery with a focus on client management quality assurance and building deep longterm relationships that position Ramboll as the partner of.
- Build Industry / offering specific capacity within the team including providing formal and informal learning opportunities and driving career development for junior team members
- Collaborate with Ramboll engineering and EHS experts for technical depth in deploying integrated energy transition solutions as a marketplace differentiator.

For this role we believe your starting point is:
- 510 years in management consulting with experience in toptier strategy consulting
- Proven track record of leading and managing projects and clients in the Energy sector
- Extensive experience in the CCUS space
- Proven consulting experience in leading and building client accounts and teams
- Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills for driving progress and succeeding through teamwork
- A reliable solutionoriented and structured approach to work with the ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment
