Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Operational Assistant General Manager to join our team in Playa del Carmen Mexico. This key leadership role will oversee the food and beverage wellness and retail operations of our prestigious establishment ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize food and beverage wellness and retail operations
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff across multiple departments
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards in all operational areas
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through innovative programs and efficient resource management
- Collaborate with the executive team to align departmental goals with overall business objectives
- Analyze financial reports market trends and customer feedback to make datadriven decisions
- Oversee inventory management cost control and budgeting for all assigned departments
- Cultivate relationships with vendors suppliers and local partners to enhance product offerings and guest experiences
- Implement and maintain quality control measures across all operational areas
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in food and beverage wellness and retail sectors
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of successful leadership in luxury resort or hotel management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and profit optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests staff and stakeholders
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and pointofsale systems
- Indepth knowledge of food and beverage operations wellness program management and retail operations in hospitality settings
- Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Mexican hospitality laws and regulations is a plus
- Certification in food safety and sanitation
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement best practices in hospitality operations
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick effective decisions in a fastpaced environment
