Job Description
CASE MANAGER
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a boutique plaintiff civil litigation firm near the Glendale Galleria. We are looking for an experienced personal injury case manager to help support the prelitigation department.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Manage a focused prelitigation caseload (60 80cases) with dedicated support from a closeknit team ensuring personalized client service and timely case progress.
- Conduct client consultations gather key evidence (police reports medical records) and perform indepth liability and insurance investigations including asset searches and spoliation letters.
- Maintain direct communication with clients medical providers and insurance adjusters to coordinate treatment resolve property damage claims and negotiate settlements effectively.
- Oversee case preparation for demand and settlement by compiling supporting documents negotiating medical reductions and guiding clients through settlement and disbursement.
- Keep case files meticulously organized per firm policies manage government claims and handle administrative tasks such as correspondence document management and file reviews
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a working knowledge of personal injury prelitigation matters
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Personal Injury law firm;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook Word Excel) and other applications and/or systems (i.e. Adobe Internet);
- The right candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
- Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish is required.
COMPENSATION &BENEFITS:
- Salary: $30.00 hr $39.00 hr
