Job Description
Role: Firewall Engineer
Contract Duration: 2 years
Location: *Hybrid onsite every other week in Richmond VA OR 400 Otarre Pkwy Cayce South Carolina*
Every candidate needs to be in the below locations (Richmond VA or Columbia SC area) we cannot consider relocation candidates at this time.
Job Description:
Supporting a large divesture project with DE and will be a part of a brandnew team of 2 Network Engineers & 2 Firewall Engineers
- Senior Engineer 5 years of experience with the following skills:
- Well versed in Palo Alto products
- Implement and manage Palo Alto Networks firewall solutions.
- Monitor and maintain firewall infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Solid understanding of routing (mainly static)
- Ability to implement changes quickly on the fly
- Expert in troubleshooting complex issues
