Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle BPM Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Irving TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing developing and implementing business process management solutions using Oracle BPM Suite. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements design technical solutions and ensure the successful delivery of BPM projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Design develop and implement business processes using Oracle BPM Suite 12c/11g .
- Collaborate with business analysts project managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and configure workflows business rules and user interfaces within Oracle BPM.
- Integrate Oracle BPM with other enterprise systems such as SOA BPEL and Web Services .
- Perform unit testing debugging and troubleshooting of BPM applications.
- Optimize and enhance existing BPM processes for better performance and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in BPM development including coding standards documentation and version control.
- Provide support during the deployment and postdeployment phases ensuring smooth transitions to production environments.
- Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in Oracle BPM technologies and recommend improvements to existing processes.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of handson experience with Oracle BPM Suite 12c/11g .
- Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and SOA architecture .
- Proficiency in Oracle SOA Suite BPEL and WebLogic Server .
- Experience with Java/J2EE and XML/XSLT for integration purposes.
- Familiarity with Oracle ADF for UI development in BPM workflows.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
