Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage R&D teams across multiple locations to achieve product development goals in terms of quality cost and timelines.
- Oversee the technical evolution of product lines focusing on performance enhancement and market alignment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize product design for costefficiency and manufacturing feasibility.
- Foster collaboration with crossfunctional teams including sales production and quality control to support business objectives.
- Manage and allocate project resources set priorities and ensure teams receive appropriate training and development opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices for efficiency and innovation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Represent the company in external collaborations with industry partners certification bodies and regulatory institutions.
Your Profile
- Education: Master s degree in electrical engineering power electronics or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in product line management within an industrial B2B environment with a proven track record of leading R&D teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in highvoltage electrical systems power transmission or related industries..
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with 3D design tools and MS Office suite.

- Personal Attributes:
- Strong leadership with a strategic mindset and handson approach.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
