About the RoleAs our Head of Global Quality you will lead and develop quality management across Consilium Safety Group. You will be the management representative for quality and functional safety and ensure our compliance with ISO 9001 IEC 61508 EN 50126 and other industry standards. A key part of the role is to drive continuous improvement ensure adherence to quality processes and act as the voice of the customer within the organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our management system overseeing deviation handling and having the authority to halt processes if serious quality issues arise.
In this role you will work closely with leadership suppliers and teams worldwide to enhance quality standards and efficiency. You will also manage and develop a team ensuring competence growth and adherence to HR processes Labor laws and work environment regulations.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with solid experience in global quality development and process improvement preferably with a background in design electronics/software or production. You have successfully implemented Lean Six Sigma or other improvement projects and hold a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. You have strong knowledge of ISO 9001 IEC 61508 and IPC standards as well as an understanding of ROHS REACH MED and CPR regulations. Experience with SharePoint Power BI Aras (PLM) and Lime (CRM) systems is an advantage.
To succeed in this role you need to be a proactive leader with excellent communication skills in English and Swedish able to engage and motivate teams globally. Strong decisionmaking abilities analytical thinking and a handson approach to quality management and process optimization are key.
