Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Sr. IT Manager Operations.
Compensation:
USD 3.2K 4K/month.
USD 3.2K 4K/month.

- You are expert IT operations management IT project management and information technology audit.
- You are proficient in IT automation IT security assessments and SOC 2.
- English Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT operations including vendor relationships IT support endpoint management and compliance.
- Automate IT provisioning processes and manage the vendor lifecycle for 100 apps ensuring security access policies and renewals.
- Collaborate with Finance Security and HR for vendor employee and contractor management.
- Maintain the IT roadmap prioritize tasks and document key meetings and updates.
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding hardware logistics and access provisioning.
- Support Mac fleet and other devices using MDMs for security and maintenance.
- Provide IT support manage access requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist with SOC2 audit preparation by managing IT control evidence.
- Maintain IT documentation including vendor guides and process updates.
- Oversee contractor management ensuring alignment with IT and security protocols.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT operations project management and vendor management.
- Familiar with SOC2 compliance and IT security standards.
- Strong troubleshooting employee support and access management skills.
- Excellent communication organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience in automating IT processes.
- Comfortable managing both strategic and handson IT operations.
