Job Description
This position is part of a broader project focused on centralizing data acquisition and creating a new analytics platform for realworld data. The platform built on Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft OneLake will support processing data such as claims patientreported outcomes and other realworld evidence (RWE).
The goal is to provide services to data consumers assisting in data preprocessing integration and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preprocess and analyze RWE data using tools like SQL Python and Azure Pipelines.
2. Support data integration including transferring data from providers via Azure or AWS performing transformations and loading into databases.
3. Collaborate with biostatisticians and RWE experts to understand their requirements and deliver data solutions.
4. Develop and document processes for data handling and transfer.
5. Create visualizations and build patient cohorts as required.
Requirements
Technical Requirements:
Proficiency in Python SQL and programming for data pipelines.
Handson experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.
Familiarity with data models like the OMOP Common Data Model.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus (not mandatory).
Understanding of data integration and transformation in healthcare datasets.
Preferred Experience:
Background in realworld data and US healthcare systems (e.g. insurers hospitals or payers).
Pharma or biopharma experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of tools like SAS and experience in data validation or documentation.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with stakeholders in the US.
Excellent documentation and process creation skills.
Proactive independent problemsolving capabilities.
Additional Details:
Languages: English is mandatory; French or Dutch is optional.
