Job Description
Sales Manager Position in Fiji
We are thrilled to present an outstanding job opportunity in Fiji a captivating island country in the South Pacific Ocean. This role offers the chance to work on an international scale and collaborate with diverse cultures.
Contract Terms: 3 years
Salary: Rs 100000
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Timing: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Age Requirement: 30 to 40 years old
Accommodation: Provided by employer
Food: Self by candidate
Job Description
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to attain sales targets.
- Supervise and guide the sales team establishing and tracking sales objectives.
- Analyze sales data to recognize patterns and opportunities.
- Generate regular sales reports for management.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals.
- Identify target audience and market trends.
- Supervise the development of brand strategies to enhance market presence.
- Create and supervise content for advertisements social media and promotional materials.
- Monitor and manage project expenditures within approved budgets.
- Passport Mandatory
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 10 years

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Availability to travel as needed
Benefits
3 years Contract if performance good renewed for another 3 years.
Incase contract is renewed then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years.
Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (IndiaFijiIndia) free of cost every 3 years.
Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5000 per month.
Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
