We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) Credit Cards to lead the development and execution of the product vision strategy and roadmap for digital credit card offerings. Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a resultsoriented leader with a strong background in digital financial products and a proven track record of driving success in competitive markets. The ideal candidate will have:

1. Proven experience as a CPO VP of Product or similar senior leadership role within fintech banking digital banking or payments.
2. Deep expertise in credit cards lending and digital financial products.
3. Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to optimizing product performance and driving user growth.
4. Handson experience with digital onboarding risk management and customer lifecycle optimization.
5. A track record of launching and scaling successful financial products in competitive markets.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build manage and inspire highperforming teams.
7. Excellent communication skills in English which will be assessed during the interview process.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As CPO you will drive innovation and growth through a customerfirst approach to digital credit card products. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and executing a clear compelling product vision and strategy for digital credit card offerings tailored for the Mexican market.
2. Driving product innovation by leveraging fintech trends customer insights and regulatory frameworks.
3. Managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch with continuous improvement based on performance metrics.
4. Leading crossfunctional teams to deliver a seamless digitalfirst customer experience.
5. Collaborating with risk compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and responsible lending practices.
6. Using datadriven decisionmaking and A/B testing to optimize product performance and drive user growth.
7. Building mentoring and managing a highperforming product team while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
8. Managing the lifecycle of three Agile teams and driving efficient delivery.
9. Staying ahead of market trends competitive dynamics and emerging technologies in credit cards and digital payments.
