Your new role
As our new Executive Assistant you will be able to bring your experience and your highly professional and thorough way of working into play. This role is very visible within the organisation and as such requires an Executive Assistant who is extremely proactive and approachable. As a trusted partner of senior executives the maintenance of confidentiality and discretion at all times is essential.

You will work very closely with the CFO to make her day easier while also expanding your internal network and gaining experience working with a Clevel executive. You will be collaborating with the EAs and PAs of the other GEB members. This role offers an exciting task variety a complex stakeholder landscape and the possibility to work at the interface between the CFO the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Board. Highly autonomous with the willingness to developing knowledge across all business areas you secure a smooth daily operation and keep the overview in busy times.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • CFOs agenda management: Coordination of meetings and seminars planning of business reviews of Board and its Committee meetings as well as travel arrangements and bookings
  • Plan manage produce and quality assure content relevance and coordination of various CFO deliverables towards GEB Board and other external / internal stakeholders. 
  • Cadences and follow up with the team reporting to the CFO
  • Support CFO regarding Boards issues and workflows
  • Be first line point of contact fixer and extended arm of the CFO towards the organisation
  • Around ten percent administrative tasks like active management of the mailbox calendar of the CFO etc.

About you

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as EA with Board and Executive support in a large international company preferably with background in Board Secretariat function or Finance/Controlling/Business Administration and minimum a relevant bachelors degree or similar
  • Strong at stakeholder management and communication. Being able to connect and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability and interest to quickly grasp analyse and help problemsolve complex multidisciplinary issues (e.g. across financial organisational operational technical people)
  • Very good written and oral communication in Danish and English at a professional level and mature skilled MS Office user (esp. PowerPoint) with broader IT skills and digital mindset
  • Very flexible professional and thorough ways of working and very structured document handling 
  • Effectively plan prioritise execute and followup in a proactive and timely manner
  • Flair for numbers and the ability to switch between macro and microlevel
  • Global mindset and a solid experience in working in a global organisation

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Strong attention to detail and methodical in approach to tasks with an ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. Courteous friendly tactful and feeling comfortable in formal situations. Able to establish rapport easily and able to build relationships at all levels. Accepts accountability for results. Flexible and willing to contribute by helping others with strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
