Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Web Developer Intern to join our team for a 36 month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or current student to gain practical experience and learn from experienced professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design development and maintenance of websites for our clients
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and userfriendly websites
Write efficient clean and welldocumented code
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
Keep uptodate with emerging web development trends and technologies
Conduct research and provide recommendations for website improvements
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for project development
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field
Strong understanding of web development languages such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
Knowledge of backend languages such as PHP or Python is a plus
Familiarity with WordPress and other content management systems
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Contract Details:
This is a 36 month internship with the possibility of extension or a fulltime position based on performance. The intern will be expected to work 2030 hours per week at our office in Canberra Australia.
