Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and design possess a solid foundation in graphic design principles and be eager to learn and grow in a fastpaced work environment.
As a Junior Graphic Designer you will work alongside our experienced design team to create engaging visual content that communicates our brand message effectively to our target audience.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to develop visual concepts and create design solutions for various marketing materials including print and digital assets.
2. Assist in the design and production of marketing collateral such as brochures posters flyers banners social media graphics and email campaigns.
3. Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
4. Create and edit images illustrations and other visual elements using graphic design software.
5. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
6. Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to enhance creative output.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or related field.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
3. Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout composition.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
5. Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and creativity.
6. Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions based on feedback.
7. Previous internship or work experience in graphic design is a plus.
