Job Description
Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location : Plano Texas AT&T Office.
Required Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (at least one specialization)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and maintenance of ServiceNow applications workflows and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Architect and implement complex solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities including Service Portal Flow Designer Integration Hub and custom scripting.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers while following ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript AJAX XML JSON CSS and HTML.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Advanced JavaScript and serverside scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM ITOM ITBM CSMCMDB and Field Service management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP web services and API integrations MID Server Integration.
