Provide medication therapy management including consultations and drug therapy monitoring.

Educate patients on medication usage side effects and interactions.
Manage pharmacy inventory and maintain records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Active Pharmacist license in the state of New York.
2 years of proven experience as a pharmacist in a similar setting
Strong knowledge of medication and its effects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
