Profile: Relationship Manager – LAP & BL
Location: Mehsana
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Experience : 16 years
Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) & Business Loans (BL).
Generate leads through market research referrals and DSAs.
Ensure smooth loan processing documentation and disbursement.
Achieve sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
Experience: 16 years in LAP & BL sales.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
Skills: Strong sales negotiation and relationship management.
Local market knowledge is a plus.
