Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Northwest Washington D.C. Tuesday to Saturday 9:00 PM 6:00 AM Manila Time
Number of paid working hours per week: 40 hours

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and followups postproject completion
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms primarily Instagram and Facebook
  • Perform data entry tasks in Zoho CRM and bookkeeping systems
  • Process invoices and follow up on unpaid accounts
  • Schedule and track client interactions and project milestones
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and support team members as needed
  • Learn and utilize various cloudbased systems and automation tools

Scope:

  • Manage and update client records in Zoho CRM
  • Create and schedule social media content for company accounts
  • Process 1015 payments per week and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Conduct postproject followups with clients at 2week and 30day intervals
  • Assist in the integration of Zoho and DTools software systems
  • Contribute to the development of a cohesive social media strategy
  • Support the transition from 10% to a higher percentage of direct homeowner clients


Requirements:
  • Proficiency in CRM systems preferably Zoho
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with social media management particularly Instagram
  • Basic bookkeeping and invoice management knowledge
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and cloudbased systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Interest in or knowledge of smart home technology is a plus
