WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- leading strategic crossfunctional projects ensuring structured problemsolving from initiation through to implementation in close collaboration with diverse teams
- conducting indepth analyses to gather valuable insights enabling factbased recommendations for the business
- preparing and facilitating decisionmaking forums and meetings
- coaching and mentoring colleagues supporting them in delivering professional work and improving the teams performance in areas such as structured problemsolving change management and workshop facilitation
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has 23 years of experience in toptier management consulting or similar industry experience (retail experience is a bonus)
- possesses strong project management skills an analytical mindset and expertise in creating factbased analyses and actionable recommendations
- demonstrates excellent communication skills with the ability to set clear goals guide project teams and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- is a trusted advisor with a reputation for building strong relationships and gaining the confidence of stakeholders
- has a high level of energy a strong drive and a quick learning curve to master new business areas
- is proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
