Job Description
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee the endtoend logistics for the import and export of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers thirdparty logistics providers and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure an efficient flow of goods.
- Optimize transportation costs and delivery times.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations including tariffs taxes and duties.
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation including bills of lading customs declarations and export licenses.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and ensure all customs and export documentation is completed accurately.
- Regulatory and Quality Compliance:
- Work closely with customs authorities to ensure all goods are cleared for entry and exit.
- Ensure that products meet the quality standards and certifications required by importing/exporting countries.
- Handle disputes or noncompliance issues related to international shipments.
- Supplier & Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers vendors and customers.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with suppliers and freight forwarders.
