Job Description
- Direct Independnet and employed Sales professionals refreed to as Internatinoal Marekting Specialists (IMSs) to achieve their budget while continuing to drive costs down to maintain a competive advantage in the marketplace.
- Ensure that IMSs achieve the required daily performance quality improvement initiatives and other customer satisfaction measures. Build a culture that stops to fix problems get quality right the first time and systematically solve root cause problems. Challenge current business processes and support team to eliminate waste by reducing nonvalue added activities. Focus on the value stream and develop a pull system throughout the supply chain.
- Create a culture of teamwork. Make an ongoing effort to teach individuals how to work together and in teams toward common goals. Use crossfunctional teams to improve quality and productivity and ensure flow by solving problems.
- Grow Team Members who thoroughly understand the work live the Ashley company philosophy and teach this philosophy to others.
- Work directly with other management and employees within the organization to identify problems. Assist them in coming up with solutions that will allow the company to achieve its goals in the areas of profit growth and customer satisfaction.
