Job Description

Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to design and optimize mechanical systems for preengineered buildings. Ensure seamless integration of mechanical components within the overall building design. Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical expertise during the project planning phase Develop detailed designs for fire fighting systems including sprinkler systems fire suppression systems and detection systems. Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with fire safety codes. Conduct risk assessments and propose effective fire protection solutions. Design and optimize HVAC systems for energy efficiency and occupant comfort. Perform HAP calculations ductwork design and equipment selection. Collaborate with energy consultants to implement sustainable HVAC solution. Design plumbing systems including water supply drainage and sewage systems. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate plumbing systems into building designs.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 8 years of experience in mechanical design for preengineered buildings construction fire fighting HVAC and plumbing. Proficiency in using CAD software for detailed design and drafting.
