Job Description
Job Title: SCCM Engineer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage SCCM infrastructure to support enterprise IT needs.
- Deploy and maintain software packages updates and security patches across all endpoints.
- Monitor and optimize SCCM performance ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SCCMrelated issues including client and serverside concerns.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline deployments and system management.
- Configure and maintain Windows Operating System Deployment (OSD) using SCCM.
- Manage and maintain Windows updates compliance baselines and reporting.
- Provide technical support for SCCMrelated inquiries and escalations.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Generate reports and dashboards for system health compliance and software deployments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience working with Microsoft SCCM in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS deployment and software distribution.
- Experience with patch management and endpoint security solutions.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Understanding of Active Directory Group Policies and Windows Server environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
