Senior Accountant Riyadh KSA (Onsite) XAD Technologies
Job Overview:
XAD Technologies is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Riyadh KSA. The ideal candidate must have strong banking relations in KSA proficiency in accounting software and expertise in payroll management. The role requires an Accounting and Finance degree with relevant certifications and we are specifically seeking Indian nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Banking & Financial Management:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with KSA banks for financial transactions.
- Handle bank reconciliations deposits and financial reporting.
- Process LCs bank guarantees and loan facilities as required.
- Payroll & Compensation:
- Oversee monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with KSA labor laws.
- Manage employee benefits deductions and reimbursements.
- Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain general ledger entries accounts payable and receivables.
- Ensure proper recordkeeping of financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
- Software & Reporting:
- Utilize accounting software (such as SAP QuickBooks or similar) for financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and audit reports.
- Assist in tax and VAT compliance as per KSA regulations.
Requirements:
- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Professional certifications (CA CPA CMA or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience & Skills:
- 5 years of accounting experience preferably in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations payroll laws and VAT compliance.
- Experience in handling banking transactions bank reconciliation and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Nationality: Indian (Preferred)
- Location: Onsite in Riyadh KSA
- Salary Range: SAR
