Are you a Compliance Professional fluent in German and English with iGaming experience particularly in AML and Responsible Gaming This is your unique opportunity to join NEObet a successful sports betting brand in Malta!
The role encompasses developing and implementing policies and procedures conducting risk assessments preparing reports and providing staff training.

Tasks
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws licensing requirements and company policies.
- Provide guidance on compliance matters in assigned markets (e.g. Germany Ontario) covering areas like Responsible Gaming AML customer complaints and marketing content.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures keeping them updated with changes in laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities including changes to gaming systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory authorities to manage compliance risks and incident response protocols.
- Foster a culture of integrity by identifying risks and implementing internal controls to mitigate compliance challenges.
- Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to data protection regulations.
- Conduct due diligence risk assessments and provide training on compliance and gaming regulations.
- Maintain business risk assessments report risks to management and assist with audits and compliance checks.
Requirements
Your profile
- Degree in Law Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in iGaming compliance.
- Experience in licensed markets (e.g. Germany Ontario MGA is a plus).
- Professional certifications in Compliance/AML or similar qualifications.
- Fluent in German and/or English both written and spoken.
- Experience in implementing compliance and risk assessment tools.
- Knowledge of legal requirements including AntiMoney Laundering and Responsible Gaming.
- Strong communication teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking problemsolving and attention to detail.
- Adaptability resilience and strategic thinking.
- Techsavvy with awareness of digital compliance trends.
