Job Description
At STRI we are hiring for a Retail Cosmetic Client Chennai
Job Overview
As a Photographer you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and highquality images of the products. You will be working in the Creative team to ensure that products are showcased effectively across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail a strong sense of composition and the ability to bring our products to life through captivating imagery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Photography:
Capture highquality images of products in various settings ensuring accurate representation of colors
textures and details.
Use various photography techniques to highlight the unique features of each product.
2. Equipment Management:
Maintain and operate photography equipment including cameras lighting and accessories.
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and address any issues promptly.
3. Editing and PostProduction:
Edit and retouch images to meet the companys standards and enhance visual appeal.
Organize and manage digital files ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to understand the visual requirements for product promotions and
campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments to align visual content with overall brand messaging.
5. Creative Input:
Provide creative input on styling composition and visual storytelling to enhance the overall impact of product images.
6. Quality Control:
Conduct regular quality checks on images to maintain consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Photographer or similar role.
Proficient in the use of professional photography equipment and editing software.
Adobe Lightroom Adobe Photoshop
Strong portfolio showcasing previous product photography work.
Excellent knowledge of composition lighting and color theory.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Education
Bachelors degree in Photography Visual Arts or a related field is preferred.
Professionalism & Collaboration
Exhibit elevated levels of professionalism discipline and respectful communication towards the management
and fellow team members fostering a collaborative & harmonious working relationship within the broader team.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with the reporting manager to understand project requirements and
provide regular updates on work progress.

Post Graduate or equivalent qualification. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role. Strong leadership and customer management abilities. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
