Permanent Fulltime position as IT Service Desk Specialist
Are you skilled at providing exceptional IT support and ready to contribute to a highperforming team As an IT Service Desk Specialist youll provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support while working closely with your team to streamline processes and deliver excellent customer service.
What Youll Do:
- Provide firstpoint problem resolution and escalate complex issues.
- Deliver desktop and mobile support (remote and onsite as required).
- Manage hardware builds software installations and network optimization.
- Collaborate with the team to improve ITSM processes.
- Liaise with vendors and document support requests.
Lets talk about you!
- 4 years in a technical support or service desk role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM tools (Jira Service Management)
- 4 years Experience in support Microsoft 365 applications.
- 4 years Experience in MS Exchange Azure AD/Entra ID
- Experience in hardware and basic network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce service requests (an advantage).
- Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills.
