Cleaning Operative

We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative for one of our static sites in Tunbridge Wells

• Working Monday Wednesday and Friday
• 19.5 hours per week 6.5 hours a day working across 3 sites
• Working hours to be discussed at interview we would like the 6.5 hours to be covered between 8am 3pm
• 11.44 per hour
• Access to a car would be ideal the 3 sites can be reached by public transport

What are we looking for

• Previous experience in cleaning environment is essential.
• IT literate (use of tablet smart phone apps).
• Good communication skills both verbal and written (English).

Core Responsibilities Cleaning Operative / Cleaner:

• Dust damp wipe or wash walls skirting boards hand rails ledges window sills radiators lifts doors and frames
• Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
• Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
• Hoovering of carpeted areas.
• Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles transporting waste material to designated collection points.
• Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
• Replenish consumable items e.g. soap toilet rolls paper towels (if contractual).
• Clean kitchens toilets urinals hand basins and sinks
